Royez Education are working with a school who is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced mentor to join the successful Inclusion Team.
Working as part of a well-established Mentoring Programme, you will collaborate with teachers and other pastoral staff to remove barriers to learning for identified pupils and to facilitate the best possible education for vulnerable pupils.
You will need to be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, ideally with at least two years’ experience of working with young people of secondary school age.
Successful Candidates will have:
- Education up to a degree level
- Experience and understand of working with teenage children.
- Energy and enthusiasm.
- A commitment to the ethos of the school.
