Teaching Assistant.

An outstanding school are keen to recruit a TA to work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups within Key Stage 1 Key Stage 2. This is based at a school in BS7 . This role is on a full-time basis starting in September  2023 fixed term for the  academic year.

They are keen to take on people who have a nurturing and enthusiastic manner with the skills to be able to support children within Key Stage 1 and 2 and engage the children in a fun and positive way. The school are looking for someone keen to learn and thrive in an energetic school.

  The successful candidate will be:

–            Strong leadership skills and confident in reporting back to the class teacher and parents.

–            Having the initiative to meet the child’s needs.

–            Being adaptable and work as part of a growing team within the school and with the class       

              teacher.

–             Having experience working with SEN children. Not essential.

–             Be adaptable and flexible.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
